How are young female volunteers 'helping' when they go to Philippines, Africa, etc?

They go on like 6 week trips volunteering to help the unfortunate and take a lot of photos for their social media. But what are they actually doing?
From what I've seen it's always building something, except young white females would have to be quite possibly the worst demographic at building anything. Yeah you can find some skilled and hot female contractors on the flipping house shows on the Tube, but out in the general population, not so much. The one's that go on these missionary projects to those 'garden spots' on the 'Outer Rim'--well definitely not at all! I'm quite sure even the local children could do what they do. There are usually two males who are the instructors who basically do everything whilst the sloots just hover about.
Those two males could do everything themselves and instruct the locals to help them build.
Not to mention these white girls need food and accommodation that is at least somewhat up to white people's standards.
So what on earth is the point of all this?
Hip Chads run these sorts of things. I bet they score lots of chicks
... basically girls go and just get banged by the instructors because they think these douches are deep and important...
Hmmm now that I think about it..... not a half bad idea...
Well, I would consider this if it wasn't for that whole Zika thing.
So that is how I see it...douches getting pu-tang is how white do-gooder sloots save the world.
