Mulezan Part One: King of the Jungle

ORIGINS

Pierre de Rochambeau was the scion of a Louisiana planter family from which I also descend.  This family traced its roots in America back to the times of the French Louisiana colony and  held a sprawling estate aptly named  Place de la Vraie Virilité.  The place went to wrack and ruin in the chaos of the Civil War and has since been reclaimed by swamp.

How the  Place of True Manhood once Must Have Looked

His parents decided to emigrate rather than suffer under the indignity of Yankee rule, and set out for the British colony at Cape Town in 1868.  They steamed out on the R.M.S. Elder for Capetown with their youngest son Pierre, their other sons and daughters being already married. The ship foundered off the coast of Africa, and all aboard were believed lost...but one boy, 5 year old Pierre, survived, and came ashore somewhere in what a couple decades after the shipwreck would become the Congo Free State under the tyrannical rule of  King Leopold of Belgium. He was discovered by a friendly troop of Bonobo apes, who adopted the boy as one of their own...

It is in this milieu of the Congo in 1890s, that our tale of Mulezan: King of the Jungle is set.

Young Pierre grew up feral among the apes, ignorant of the vivisection of Africa by colonial European powers.  He knew only the ways of the jungle, and became huge and ferocious.

Mulezan

The local Congolese tribesman called him MULEZAN which in their tongue meant APE-DEMON.  They did not associate him with the white men who came first as traders and missionaries, then slavers and finally as conquerors.  Those pale folk were apart from the Jungle, alien and proud, while Mulezan was OF the jungle, a fierce supernatural spirit native to the wilds, that had taken human form.

Why IT had chosen to take the form of a big, hugely muscled white man, the tribesman could not say, perhaps he was an aspect of the god of creation, Mbombo, who was also giant said to be white in color, or perhaps such a jungle spirit whose huge hideous aspect was simply  to make him all the more terrifying to the Watu Wakweli .

They would give him space, and leave him offerings in supplication, and the SPIRIT OF THE JUNGLE left them in peace.  They had learned through brutal lessons, which parts of the jungle were taboo, and where they could hunt, fish and farm without invoking the ire of the demiurge. That is all, but the shaman Bondeko, with whom Mulezan had a special friendship.

In French, Mulezan was every bit as monosyllabic as the legends tell, but in the languages of the Forest, and that of the Watu Wakweli  he was very fluent.

ENEMIES

The nearby "Kingdom" of Kilemoftu was run by a tyrannical and rapacious tribal leader Mandugu, who had usurped his position and  entered into treaty with King Leopold through the offices of the British explorer Henry Morton Stanley in 1882.

Henry Morton Stanley

He may have been a ruthless, savage bastard, but to the Belgian colonial authorities of the Congo Free State, he was THEIR bastard, useful until colonial administration could be solidified and his usefulness ended.  Then he would be "retired", according to the bureaucratic schemes of bespeckled pot-bellied men in khakis and pith helmets, the chefs des divisions in Boma, and their superiors in Brussels.

Chefs des divisions

Mandugu reported directly to Commissioner Léon Fiévez, notorious even among the colonial Belgians for his brutality.

Léon Fiévez reviewing his native levees

 Mandugu the "Ivory King"

Mandugu was nicknamed the "Ivory King" as he profited greatly from that lucrative trade. He coveted the lands of the Ukotho valley which had resisted even the efforts of the old Kingdom of Kongo to annex it.  The Ukotho contained the domain of Mulezan and that of the Watu Wakweli.  First, although they were partly inhabited, the Ivory King conspired with the pith helmets to have the Ukotho country declared  terres vacantes rife for exploitation by the rapacious Mandugu, and his even more thoroughly greedy European partners.

One European who opposed these efforts was the polyglot Jane Galloway, who had accompanied Henry Morton Stanley in his survey of the Congo acting as a translator, and then staying on to do missionary work.  Jane was a highly righteous Victorian woman of great principles, fortitude and pigheaded stubbornness.  Stanley had come to refer to her as "That insufferable woman" and had been glad to be rid of her when she quarreled with him, left his survey, and joined a mission in Lemoftuland. Now she had gone from being a thorn in the side of Stanley, to one in the paw of the Congolese lion, Mandugu.  He plotted to rid himself of this meddlesome woman, once and for all, but the Ivory King shrewdly knew that one had to tread most carefully when one was a black African dealing with a European female. The Belgian colonial authorities could be quite fastidious about such matters, and thus he must dispose of her in a manner that made it look like he was innocent of any machinations.

"What I need to do is kill two birds with one stone.  I must rid myself of this troublesome Jane Galloway and make it seem like this Mulezan was responsible.  I need not lose any more of MY warriors to this mysterious marvel, let THEM hold MULEZAN guilty of her abduction and send THEIR soldiers to slay this Jungle demon!" he schemed.

Unfortunately for Mulezan,  Mandugu and the Colonial authorities were not his only enemies, he also had fallen afoul of the gorilla tyrant king Tubphat, as Mulezan had helped his silverback friend Kerkrap overthrow this monstrous gorilla despot and become leader of the local lowland gorillas.

Tubphat knew the ONLY way to recover his lost position was to defeat Mulezan.  Tubphat lived among strange large archaic hominids: Meganthropus africanus who had somehow survived into the 19th century in the jungles of the Congo.  These ape-men had adopted Tubphat as their leader and became his new family.

 La Famille Tubphat

Tubphat knew he needed more allies in his his anti-Mulezan crusade and entered into an alliance with the Ivory King, and also with: Gazor, a mean lion who felt HE was the real King of the Jungle*, and who felt Mulezan's dominion belonged to him;

Gazor, the lion

and Humbo, a terrifying giant rock python, at 15 feet long, was gargantuan, even by rock python standards! Humbo was normally loathe to enter in any alliances being, a loner, but he had three times been humiliated by Mulezan and also had a grudge against the  Watu Wakweli and thus could be induced to join the axis of evil against Mulezan.

Humbo, the python

Humbo's feud with the  Watu Wakweli  had been the last straw that brought the serpent out of his solitary ways. The python had been preying on the livestock (and sometimes the children) of Tsthuga village of the Watu Wakweli. The wise woman Ashina Mbombo had had enough.  With her ancient sorcery, she was able to speak the language of snakes, and challenged the python to a duel with her village's champion.

It is time we settled this matter by the ancient rites
--Ashina Mbombo hissed in the Ophidian tongue.

Humbo was intrigued.  He hissed his terms for the challenge.  "If I win, you Tsthugans will pay a monthly tribute to abate my hunger, and I shall eat whichever champion you  choose as the first payment of my sovereignty over your village!"

Ashina Mbombo inquired: "And if you lose?  Do we get to feast on your carcass?"

Humbo spat and hissed:  "No, you know as well as I do, the rituals as spelled out by the ancient Ophidian god,  Kharzuwezi!

Ashina Mbombo spat at the mention of the evil name, but she knew better than to cross the gods, especially those that haunted the darkness and the night.

"If I lose, I shall never trouble the Tsthugans again, and seek my sustenance among the Kilemoftu!" offered the python.

Ashina Mbombo reluctantly gave her consent.  She pronounced the date of the duel, as was herself, and named her village's champion, Bahati.  He was the greatest, bravest and most handsome warrior in all the Ukotho save Mulezan himself.

Bahati

At last the date came for the challenge... Before the duel, as was the custom, the most beautiful and nubile women of the village, offered themselves in turn to Bahati to bless his endeavors with the sanctity of their loins. It also was to ensure the bloodline of such a man as he would continue, should he fall in battle.  Ashina Mbombo made offerings to the spirits of fertility to assure the success of his entwining with the maidens, as well as to the god of battle for his endeavors on the morrow.

Lord Humbo, I present our champion Bahati, bravest and
fiercest of our people.

I shall enjoy eating him all the more in that case!
--hissed Humbo in reply
Bahati was legendary among the Watu Wakweli for his prowess, standing second in the esteem of the tribe, only to Mulezan himself.

Bahati was much admired in the Ukotho, standing second in
 esteem only to Mulezan himself!

Both Humbo and Bahati entered the battle supremely confident of their ability to win. Many a warrior had challenged both Bahati and Humbo, and all had fallen in the attempts.

I will snap you in half, you thieving python, you have stolen
your last sheep and calf!

Kill him only if there is no other way to win, my champion, else
the payment to appease the SNAKE GOD, could be ruinous to
 the village!

But feel free to inflict whatever ruinous injury short of death
you may wish to inflict on this serpentine villain!

The battle commences...

...a clash of titans!

Humbo has not faced such powerful sinews in combat since
his last thrashing by Mulezan!

Humbo gains the advantage!

But Bahati does not give in to despair and fights on in
 epic fashion!

The almost supernatural muscles of the hero Bahati bulge
out in defiance of the python's constrictions!

Incredibly Bahati begins to break free!

Now it is Bahati's turn to apply a crushing strength to the
weakening Humbo!

There was one more fertility rite to be performed in
celebration of this victory, and one more python to be tamed!

You have saved our village, and now I shall reward you with the
sacred blessings of my loins, wrap your massive quads around
me and let the celebratory coitus commence!

Holy phuq, that woman has mad skills, that was sheer
 pelvic sorcery!

As Bahati proved too much for even the mighty Humbo to handle, the python was forced to slither off into the forest, harboring a grudge which eventually brought him to Tubphat and his ape-men.

ALLIES

On Mulezan's side were Derku, the Forest elephant,  Kerkrap the gorilla, Bondeko the shaman of the Watu Wakweli , and friend of Mulezan, and Cuoba, the Macaw.  Plus of course he could count on his "family" of Bonobos when he needed moar reinforcements.

Derku, the elephant

Bondeko, the shaman

Cuoba, the Macaw

Kerkrap, the gorilla

MANDUGU AND TUBPHAT ATTEMPT TO CAPTURE DERKU IN A PIT TRAP

Mandugu and Tubphat decide to begin picking off Mulezan's animal allies.  They decide to take on the mighty elephant Derku first, and set a trap for him. Only the last minute warning of the eagle-eyed Cuoba keeps Derku from stumbling into the spike filled pit.  But the villainous duo have a plan b. Tubphat  from his position in a large tree, tries to entrap Derku in a large, strong net, while Mandugu prods at him with a spear, inflicting serious wounds.  Enraged from the pain, Derku breaks free and runs off into the forest.

JANE IS KIDNAPPED!

The notorious Tubphat next kidnaps Jane under the instructions of the Ivory King, and leaves evidence to make it look like Mulezan did it, while Mandugu is away at Bomba negotiating with the Colonial authorities, thus giving him plausible deniability.  Tubphat was supposed to kill Jane and frame Tarzan, but her beauty capitvates him, and he falls for her and makes her captive instead. Unknown to Tubphat, Bondeko witnesses the abduction and reports it to Mulezan.  Meanwhile Tubphat secrets his captive in the ruins of his jungle lair!

You shall be my queen, and I shall sire many man-ape progeny
with you to grow my family!

I do not speak your beastly tongue, but know that Mulezan
will find and save me!

I bet you will understand the language of my gorilla penis!

I catch your beastly intent!  God will preserve my maidenhood,
as he will send Mulezan to save me!

[ For those wondering what the profane and unholy issue of  Tubphat and Jane would be like, read the archived story of a hurilla: Mule vs. the Lab Experiment]

DERKU AND THE LION

Bondeko, Mulezan and a hot native chick Myele who was once taken prisoner by Tubphat (and escaped) and who thus knows the location of his hidden lair,  move toward the territory of the villainous Tubphat, in search of Jane.  Along the way, they seek out their friend Derku the elephant for any intelligence on the current whereabouts of the gorilla and his apemen, and come upon their friend fighting with Gazor...

Derku has not yet recovered from the wounds inflicted by the Ivory King, Mandugu.  While the bull elephant normally would have no trouble with the lion, in his depleted condition, Gazor was able to make several effective attacks with tooth and claw, until the elephant collapses, and the triumphant feline licks his lips in anticipation of the kill.

Mulezan arrives in the nick of time to save Derku. With his famous jungle yell, Mulezan bursts on to the clearing and Gazor turns to face down this unexpected threat.

“RRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWRRRRRRrrrrrrrrr!!!” Gazor roared.

"WTFROAR!" mocks Mulezan as he keeps his cool and lets Gazor get closer.  As soon as the big cat gets within foot's reach, Mulezan kicks him as hard as he can right in his fucking lion face.  Mulezan immediately pulls guard on the stunned cat, going for a choke.

Mulezan and Gazor roll over and over until Mulezan gets Gazor's back. "All them teeth won't do you any good now, you can't bite from your back..." Mule teased the big cat as he held tight, locking the choke on tight.

Nice Kitty, Kitty ...

RRRROAR, ROAR!!!!!* (*Fuck you)--returned Gazor

"What’s the matter, am I too much for you pussy cat?!?”

Pussy of the Jungle meet the King of the Jungle..

Let me introduce your jaw to my right fist....

King of the beasts, my ass....

Stay down, bitch....

Mulezan's cock was now rock hard and pushing against Gazor’s furry and muscled feline body. Knowing he was totally in control of the great cat had the Jungle Lord totally boned.  Feeling Gazor’s hard body in his arms, Mulezan couldn’t help himself. He humped the lean feline muscle, his  huge mushroom head feeling the fur and hard muscle of the lion’s body.  He rubbed his fat prick up against the muscled cat’s thighs. He moaned as he felt the thick pre-cum well up from his nut sack and spilling on the ground.

Mulezan's got side control and a rear naked choke...

Going, going, gone..... Lights out  for good for you, fur ball...

Jungle chicks find dudes that kill lions with their bare hands sexy and hot!

...and that is how Mulezan came to have a lion skin cloak! Sure he killed the last lion in this part of the Congo, but those were different times. And besides he got his dick wet with the jungle chick, so it was worth it.  Bondeko binds the wounds of Derku.

They find the recent tracks of Tubphat, and the chase is on!

THE REGIMENTAL COMMANDER

The regimental commander of the district's
Force Publique:  Major De Paard

The Belgian Commander was determined to exert control over this recalcitrant district.  This mean defeating Mulezan and his native allies.  The Commander Major De Paard needed to prove to the uppity locals and his erstwhile, but untrustworthy  ally the Ivory  King, that the mercenary Force Publique was a force to be reckoned with and that even the Mighty Mulezan could not prevent them from controlling the Congo jungle.  The Belgians were powerfully built and experienced fighters, and their native allies were certainly fierce, but  all fought for wealth and riches and not out of patriotic fervor.

The Belgian Commanders secret weapon was an alliance they had formed with "La Famille Tubphat", a mysterious  tribe of near extinct Meganthropus africanus, lead by Tubphat.  The Tubphat apes were tall for apes, over 400 lbs of solid muscle, whose  strength more than matched their  size and were was also incredibly fast and nimble. While Tubphat was off on his mission, he sent his ape-men to help with an attack on some Watu Wakweli villagers who had refused to pay tribute to Mandugu and the Belgian authorities.

The Belgian Commander launched a punitive raid on the village of Tsthuga, chosen by Tubphat as a gift to his serpentine ally, Humbo.  The major also approved of their choice, because its leaders Bahati and Ashina Mbombo were key figures in the Watu Wakweli resistance to extending King Leopold's tyrannical rule over the area.

Major De Paard plans his assault.

Snipers picked off Bahati and Ashina Mbombo first, and then his levees charged into the village committing indiscriminate slaughter of the villagers be they man, woman or child.  Those  few who were not killed, were led away in chains to be worked to death on Rubber plantations. One swift girl managed to escape into the jungle to get help.

Coming back through the jungle after the massacre, they ran into Tubphat, who was fleeing the wrath of Mulezan, and plotted with him to ambush the King of the Jungle. They set up their ambush in the overgrown ruins of the ancient city of Opar, long ago known as the jewel of the Ukotho.  The ancient city was made fabulously wealthy by ancient mines yielding precious gemstones, and the Jewels of Opal are still legendary.  The mines like the city were lost to the jungle, but colonial authorities sought to find them, part of their avarice for the Ukotho.   Opal, built by the ancestors of the Watu Wakweli , is considered a sacred place by the tribe, and for the Force Publique to enter its sacred precincts is an act of such profane taboo that in itself calls for their blood, in addition to their other crimes!

Meanwhile Mulezan came on some friendly natives, who had heard of the massacre of their neighbors from the girl who had escaped, and had formed a revenge party.  Mulezan took command of them, and Mulezan, Myele and Bondeko scout on ahead. Mulezan spots Tubphat and gives chase.

AMBUSH!

Just as Mulezan was chasing down the fleeing Tubphat, he finds himself facing a hail of bullets...Mulezan is unwounded, but Myele is killed, and the already wounded Derku receives more grievous injuries and collapses on his side trumpeting his pain.

Is this the end of Derku?

Bondeko casts an ancient spell of animal healing, successfully bringing Derku back from the brink of death and assigns a tribesman to care for him.  Then Mulezan and Bondeko use their advantage in the woods, to take cover from the ambush and sneak up on the ambush by the Force Publique, a mercenary army of the colony made up of unsavory Belgians in pith helmets, and their unscrupulous native allies.

Force Publique

The native mercenaries were more brigands than highly trained soldiers, and Mulezan focuses on the more adept Belgian officers, taking them out one by one, in order to disrupt command and control.   However the Belgians quickly rally forcing Mulezan to retreat back into the canopy to avoid their bullets, just then the native allies of Mulezan enter the fray!

The ape-men of the La Famille Tubphat  attempt to intercept the Watu Wakweli tribesmen, but the locals led by Bondeko, unleash a hail of spears and arrows, and the ape-men are  routed, and retreat into the forest.

MULEZAN v. TUBPHAT

Tubphat

The two forces met in the jungle just outside the Ruins of the captured  lost city and battled wildly. Guns versus arrows and spears with some men on both sides immediately falling from injuries inflicted by the other side. Mulezan watched from the trees and was pleased by the performance of  his tribal allies, but the brutal  Belgian-led mercenary fighters, incredibly strong and battle-hardened,  began to turn the tide in the Belgian's favor as they began to overcome the athletic – but less well armed - local tribesmen. Mulezan quickly realized he had to join the battle to prevent defeat and swung down from the trees.

Mulezan swings down to join the battle

Mulezan needed to take out as many of the enemy as possible. In the corner of his eye, he saw 2 great logs lying in the field. He moved quickly picking the logs up and moves toward the melee with them.

He drops one as a "spare"and began swinging the remaining log through the enemy line taking out  2 at a time each swing. Mulezan used his club to plow through the enemy line.  When one log wears out splintering into kindling when taking out two particularly beefy native mercenaries, he utilizes the "spare". The battle begins to favor the tribesmen as the supremely powerful Mulezan dominates the battle with his makeshift club.

The Commander was not surprised by the turn of events. He had experienced Mulezan’ power first hand and was prepared. He looked over at Tubphat and nodded.  The Commander yelled to Tubphat – “Get Mulezan! Stop him!” The  ape ran into the fight with incredible speed and cleared away enemy fighters to meet with the King of the Jungle one-on-one.

As he got closer to Mulezan, Tubphat could see him close-up.

Handsome and massive

Mulezan was handsome and massive, clearly bigger than any of the other fighters on either side except for Tubphat himself.   Tubphat's  gaze meandered over the  powerful warrior as he took in Mulezan’s  broad shoulders and hard, mounded traps, his thick delts and beefy upper arms, the veiny forearms, the ripped sculpted abs, heavy pec mounds and big, striated thighs and calves  Mulezan’s muscles glistened from the sweat of battle as he gracefully moved among the enemy clubbing them down to the ground.  Tubphat nuts tingled at the idea of defeating such a massive muscleman.

Mulezan, while focused on defeating the mercenaries,  quickly realized he would have to fight one on one with the Ape Tubphat who having rallied his ape-men, was inflicting as much damage to the natives, as Mulezan was to the Belgian mercenary army.

Tubphat sprinted up to the Belgian front line anticipating Mulezan's next blow. Tubphat stood at the end of a row of 9 men who took the hit from the thick log in quick succession as Mulezan plowed through them like they were dominoes. They toppled over, some knocked out on contact, others with busted ribs and arms. As the log plowed down the enemy Belgians, the movement of the log slowed. Tubphat was ready, bracing himself with one of his thick legs behind him, his solid thigh muscles flexing. He was the last to feel the hit from the felled tree trunk. He watched as the fighters were knocked to the ground groaning in pain. The log slammed into Tubphat’s torso and stopped. He faced the direction of the hit and flexed his mid-section.  Tubphat's abdominals visibly rippled. They were thick and rock solid under a layer of fur. Tubphat’s gut took the blow and he immediately wrapped his thick, long arms around the log. Mulezan was duly impressed by the ape withstanding the powerful hit.

He thought he would swing the log back and slam it to the beast by himself, at full force, felling the giant. Or so he thought. Instead, Mulezan was unable to swing the log back. The 425 pound beast held the log steady and then pulled it out of Mulezan's grasp. Perhaps Mulezan could have held on to it if he was expecting such a response, but he was shocked at the ape’s power. Tubphat had turned the tables and slammed the log into Mulezan's own impressive mass of muscle. Unable to grab back on to the log, Mulezan was instead pounded by the tree trunk, knocked backwards from Tubphat’s power.

Tubphat wrests control of the log from Mulezan

Tubphat  pounds Mulezan with his own weapon

The Commander watched from a hill, that was once the long buried ramparts of ancient Opal, and was overjoyed.   Mulezan, while not  seriously hurt, was being neutralized by Tubphat, allowing the Belgian forces to regain the upper hand in the battle. Mulezan could not let this stand, he needed to take out this beast and lead the tribesmen to victory once again.

Mulezan, even though  battered,  wrested the log from the ape. With his hands free of the log,  Tubphat’s nuts once again tingled as he thought about defeating the muscled  Mulezan in front of all those hated Watu Wakweli tribesmen and of course, his Belgian allies.

As Mulezan tossed the log aside, Tubphat stomped over to Mulezan and slammed his big left fist into the side of Mulezan head, knocking him over and stunning him.

It’s you and me now, muscleman!” Tubphat bellowed in the ape language.  Mulezan stood back up and faced the powerful hairy ape.

The other fighters slowed their battle and eventually stopped to watch the two massive beasts face off. Mulezan started by attacking  his opponent with kicks and punches to the brute’s face and torso. Tubphat grunted with each blow but was unharmed. Mulezan was shocked by how much punishment Tubphat could take. Tubphat finally grabbed Mulezan at the torso, trapping the massive arms and muscled body in a devastating bear hug. Tubphat had seriously injured and even killed men in his crushing hug, but Mulezan was no ordinary man.

With confidence, Tubphat  growled in the great ape language “I’m going to crush you to MUSH, Mulezan… in front of all these humans so  they  will all see who is  superior!” He tightened his grip on Mulezan's  torso, flexing his pecs as he squeezed, punishing Mulezan’ body from multiple angles.

Mulezan possessed incredible strength, but his intense power seemed neutralized by this ape.  He flexed his upper body with all his might, but could not escape the ape’s powerful grip. “Could this ape be as strong as me?” he wondered. Yet he couldn’t let such thoughts shake his confidence.  He must defeat this beast.

It’s no use, Mulezan. I’ve been waiting to test myself against you ever since I heard there was another super-strong warrior! But even YOU cannot overpower the mighty Tubphat!” --his opponent growled in apish.

But Mulezan  would not let himself go down so easily.   Mulezan started to head-butt Tubphat… once… twice… Tubphat grunted with each hit and Mulezan could feel the iron grip of Tubphat’s thick arms loosen. Three times… four times… then with a burst of power, Mulezan flexed out of the hold and kicked Tubphat in the nuts. The ape cried out in pain and doubled over. Mulezan then started punching the ape about the head, knocking the ape back step by step. Tubphat grunted with each blow until he finally raised his beefy arms to block the blows. He returned Mulezan’s nasty crotch shot with a knee lift directly into Mulezan’s ample  ball sack. Mulezan cried out in pain and doubled over. Tubphat was still shaken by Mulezan’s punches to his head, but now he had some time to recover and resume his own assault.

Reversing position, Tubphat started to beat on Mulezan with his fists, and Mulezan responded in kind. Kicks and punches flew against each other, but it was Tubphat that was able to move forward and push Mulezan back. The two continued to fight as their battle continued. It was an epic site, the muscular King of the Jungle who used his fighting skill on the side of the warriors of the Ukotho, versus this giant hairy brute who sided with the evil Belgians and their aim of conquest, power and riches.

Mulezan rushed Tubphat and tackled him trying first a rear naked choke, but that seemed to do little to subdue the massive beast. Tubphat used his elbows to slam into Mulezan’s kidneys and the pain made Mulezan finally release and roll away. Although hurting, Mulezan stood up once again and jumped to a drop kick with both of his feet, slamming into Tubphat’s chest, pushing him back. Mulezan was frustrated. Such a kick would have made a normal opponent  fly 15 or 20 feet away, but Tubphat didn’t even go down… just fumbled about but maintained his balance.

Tubphat came back to attack Mulezan and they both started exchanging blows to the face and body. Mulezan seemed to have the upper hand now as he used all his fighting knowledge to work the huge ape before him.  He grabbed Tubphat by the forearm and started to heave him to reverse their positions, and at first it seemed to work. But Tubphat held on to Mulezan's forearm and using leverage and the force of his own swinging body, slammed Mulezan to the ground.

Mulezan got up immediately but his body met with brutal blows from the ape. Tubphat pounded his fists into Mulezan's body with blows of such intensity a normal man would’ve met a quick death, his body crushed by the incredible force of the brute’s punches. Mulezan's body was able to withstand such power, but the ape continued to hammer Mulezan's body until  he collapsed under the might of Tubphat’s blows and  fell back in a heap on the ground. Mulezan was stunned and knew his Watu Wakweli allies were in trouble unless he could stop this ape and the Belgian forces.  He must defeat Tubphat or all would be lost.

Tubphat was brutalizing Mulezan now. Tubphat pounded him with his fists, kicked him, lifted him up and slammed him into the dirt. Mulezan took the brutal fists to his pecs, abs, face and sides, deflecting the blows best he could with his thick solid guns. The Commander looked on with pleasure, his thick penis fully engorged from the excitement of seeing his most powerful  enemy being finally beaten.

Tubphat stood supreme over the prone Mulezan. "How could  this ugly thug be beating me, the King of the Jungle?"  thought Mulezan from his position looking up at Tubphat from  the jungle floor.  And yet, the size and amazing strength of the big brute evoked confused feelings of admiration in Mulezan. Tubphat, on the other hand, never felt so powerful. He was in complete control.

“I’m going to destroy you, Mulezan!” Tubphat said quietly, but confidently

On his back, Mulezan grabbed Tubphat’s ankle and showing his own incredible power, pulled the massive ape to the ground where they grappled in the dirt and exchanged blows.

Tubphat took everything that Mulezan could dish out and  delivered it right  back just as hard. Two masses of  muscle rolling around and smashing each other was an amazing sight. Tubphat was becoming excited at the physical contact with the muscular jungle god, and he was motivated to ruin him. Showing his brutality, Tubphat grabbed the back of Mulezan’s head and started smashing it into the dirt until Mulezan was  almost unconscious.

Tubphat spotted a huge rock  next to them and decided it was time to finish Mulezan. The stone was 5 feet by 3 feet by 4 feet and must have weighed 1000 pounds. He lifted the stone over his head with ease and aiming for Mulezan's torso said simply “NOW IT'S TIME FOR YOU TO DIE!”

Tubphat lifts a huge stone high overhead....

Tubphat prepares to crush Mulezan

Mulezan rolls out the way of the mortal blow just in the nick
 of time

Mulezan, regaining consciousness, was able to roll before Tubphat released the massive stone, narrowly avoiding the  devastating blow . It smashed to the ground and split into several pieces right at the spot where Mulezan had laid just moments before.

Tubphat laughed. Mulezan, now conscious, was not amused. He got back up and needed to take his revenge on this bully. He jumped on Tubphat's back and wrapped his beefy forearm around the giant’s neck and began to choke him. Tubphat was caught off guard and Mulezan had the hold secured tight. Tubphat rocked back and forth, trying to pry Mulezan’s veiny forearm from this neck, but he could not. He began to lose consciousness and slowly dropped to the ground.

Mulezan let's forth his victory yell...

The Watu Wakweli  cheered for Mulezan and under the leadership of Bondeko, they were were inspired to beat back the mercenary marauders. Mulezan  knew that Tubphat would be unconscious for only a short period so he needed to secure him. A set of chains, ransacked from the Belgian supply wagon, was  quickly provided to Mulezan by a warrior named Ndeke. Thick, three-inch links comprised the chain that  Mulezan used to  hauled up the 425 pound beast wrapped the chain around Tubphat’s body… four… five… six times… until there was no more chain to use. Tubphat was finally restrained!

Mulezan could see that the the Belgian force, who had stopped to watch the fight, were now withdrawing, being chased by the tribesmen.   It didn't appear his allies needed his help.  Mulezan was now alone, watching over the bound and unconscious Tubphat.  Mulezan's 9-plus inch cock was at full hardness from his work-over of Tubphat. Pre cum wetted his loin cloth. Nothing turned Mulezan  on more than overpowering a formidable opponent, and Tubphat certainly had proven to be that.

At that moment there was an unearthly moan and a groan from stretching metal.  Mulezan looked down and saw that Tubphat had regained consciousness. The ape groaned and moved about in his prison of iron chain, flexing and grunting. Mulezan was unconcerned as Tubphat  assessed his own situation by flexing against the iron bonds, testing the tightness of the chain and the strength of the links. Tubphat had never been put in this situation before and it made him angry. “NO ONE CAN HOLD TUBPHAT PRISONER!” he thought as he stood up, facing his captor, Mulezan.

Mulezan used a chain to restrain Tubphat when he regained
 consciousness

The chains tightened against  Tubphat's expanding bulk as he
began to focus all his strength and power into his
 upper body...

NO CHAIN CAN HOLD TUBPHAT PRISONER!
--he growls

He looked down and saw the links of chain pushing against his hairy pecs and solid, protruding gut. His arms were held tight as he attempted to move them. He was being tested as he never had been before, but he had no intention of being imprisoned - he would escape and destroy the human that put him here! Tubphat began to focus all his strength and power on his upper body. He directed his power to his arms, shoulders, lats and chest. Tubphat’s legs were the most powerful part of his body but he focused on moving that leg strength to his upper body. He concentrated intently and could feel his strength shift upwards. Energy built up in his mid-section making his gut bigger and harder than before. Then his chest felt the power as his pecs swelled, followed by his shoulders, upper back and lats. The chains tightened against his expanding bulk. His upper arms, already a stunning 25 inches, also swelled with energy and finally his forearms hardened and expanded. It seemed impossible that anyone could escape such bonds, but unwilling to take the chance Mulezan threw two punches into the side of  Tubphat's big gorilla noggin.

Tubphat began to try to break his chains...

Mulezan threw two punches into Tubphat's big gorilla noggin

Tubphat shook off the two blows with a grin

“YOU FUCKER! YOU WILL PAY FOR THAT!” Tubphat  said with a grin as he shook off the shock of the  two blows with a grin.   Flexing and  getting Mulezan’s attention. Tubphat started pushing out his limbs in an inhuman display of power that surprised even Mulezan. Tubphat’s big, hard muscles swelled further causing the links of the chain to stretch. The sudden sound of snapping metal made Mulezan stare in shock at the bound ape. Tubphat's prison of chain was stressed to the max by the giant’s bulk and finally could not hold the beast any longer. The groaning of straining iron was clearly audible, and then one by one, the chains holding Tubphat started snapping and flying off his hairy, sweaty body. Tubphat’s muscle bulk had busted the chains apart! He stepped forward roaring like a lion who had just escaped a hunter’s trap.

The massive brute Tubphat stood erect, his barrel chest heaving from the strain of busting the thick chains that held him tight.  He then pointed up toward Mulezan and said “Did you think you could hold me Mulezan? I’m not through with you YET!”  He punctuated his apish taunt with a percussive chest thumps in a most gorilla-like flourish..

With that Tubphat grabbed one of the lengths of chain he had just snapped with his inhuman power and began to swing it over his head like a rope. Releasing it toward Mulezan, the chain flew and wrapped around Mulezan's right calf before Mulezan could react. Tubphat pulled on the chain causing Mulezan to stumble. Tubphat hauled Mulezan off his feet, his 270 pounds dropping with a loud THUMP on to the ground. Tubphat sneered as he reeled in the bronzed muscleman who seemed incapable of stopping Tubphat.

Mulezan’s back scraped against the dirt and pebbles of the ground. He was already hurting from the earlier battle with the beast, but Tubphat himself seemed no worse for wear. Mulezan finally was able to catch his left foot and pull back on the chain. That allowed him to stand up straight, not more than 10 feet from the hairy brute. Tubphat immediately dropped the chain causing Mulezan to lose his balance. Tubphat charged Mulezan with surprising speed and slamming his mighty forearm against Mulezan's chest, driving the jungle lord muscleman to the ground once again with a devastating clothesline.

The Commander, watching through his field glasses and now besides the pair, the only witness to what was occurring,  couldn’t be happier, despite the fact that the local natives were now in control and his Mercenary forces were in full retreat.  What prisoners he had captured, had been liberated.  Still in time he could replace his lost men.  There were Congolese who craved gold, and for the officers, even if he couldn't find Belgians, he knew, the Carpathian mountains were a rich source of soldiers for hire.  He would eventually have his victory over these savages.

But to get that time, he needed something to show his superiors, and it looked like Tubphat would give him that. He was enjoying the  moment he had planned for from the day he met and aligned with the the giant ape Tubphat, the destruction of Mulezan, who was the  only true obstacle to the subjugation or extermination of the local tribes and the Belgian control of the whole Ukotho region.  The Commander's thick penis grew to full hardness seeing the Mighty Mulezan splayed on the ground at Tubphat’s feet.

Tubphat grabbed one of the chains that had held him and began whipping Mulezan. “You should realize now, Mulezan….”
WHACK! “that I am superior to you…WHACK! “...the TRUE King of the Jungle…WHACK!  "...who will destroy you!WHACK! WHACK!My power is invincible!WHACK! WHACK! WHACK! Tubphat bellowed in the language of the great apes as he whipped the Jungle Lord.

His domination of the muscular hero made Tubphat’s gargantuan cock hard. After 10 lashes with the heavy chain, Mulezan was writhing in the dirt in pain as welts appeared on his perfectly muscled bronzed back. When Mulezan tried to push up off the ground Tubphat would stomp him back down with his huge foot. Finally Mulezan knew that Tubphat was the stronger!  Tubphat was supreme!

The Commander of the invading force, witnessing the destruction of Mulezan from the distance through this field glasses,  could not contain himself. Witnessing the mauling of Mulezan had engorged his penis to full size. He pulled out his dick and was stroking.  He moaned in pleasure watching the hairy brute mark Mulezan’s amazingly muscled back with the chain as the perfect body writhed painfully in the dirt. The Commander spurted like a fountain, his thick cum shooting to his hairy pecs and gut and pooling around the base of his shaft. His cock began to blow in an  explosive orgasm, from seeing his dream come true – the elimination of Mulezan!

Tubphat too, was sexually excited at his total domination of the most powerful being in the jungle, because it meant that HE was now the most powerful being in the jungle! He wanted no question of it so he decided it was time to kill Mulezan. He stomped to the busted stone block he had intended to use earlier to smash Mulezan’s body. It had broken into several pieces from the force of Tubphat’s power slam to the ground. He picked up the largest piece… nearly half of the original block… like a toy block and lifted it over his head carrying it back over to Mulezan.

I’m going to SMASH your body into the ground, Mulezan! I, Tubphat, am now clearly the strongest in the Jungle!” he shouted in a series of hoots, howls and growls that comprised the language of the great apes.  “ Mighty Mulezan was no match for Tubphat – and now Mulezan will pay for even THINKING he could beat me!”  And with that the stronger Tubphat smashed the block on to Mulezan’s back.    It was a blow that would have killed any other man.  Tubphat looked down at the muscular Mulezan  who was laying in the crater the powerful blow had made, his face towards the ground and his back -which absorbed most of the impact- like an extra wide gigantic carpet of bulging muscles semi buried in the ground. The view was incredible.   Too bad the villagers  could not see what had happened to their muscular hero.  Tubphat was destroying Mulezan just as he had said he would.

Tubphat had not let go of the block, holding it steady even after he smashed it to the center of Mulezan’s back.  Tubphat held the block over his head, his thick lats and wide hairy back demonstrating his inhuman power. Tubphat ordered Mulezan: “Submit to me, Mulezan! Tell me I am your master, the strongest  in the jungle! Beg me to spare your life!”

Mulezan’s body was wracked with pain , but he would never submit to the Tubphat. “NEVER!” he shouted. “I am Mulezan, King of the Jungle!

Tubphat smiled and lifted the block again, Tubphat lifted the stone block above his head, beads of sweet hanging on to every hair of his furry body. “BEG ME Mulezan! BEG ME TO SPARE YOUR  LIFE!” he snarls in apish.

BEG ME TO SPARE YOUR  LIFE, MULEZAN!

But he didn’t wait for an answer smashing the stone down on to the ground, this time released the block as he powered it down.  Tubphat wasn't done yet.

He kicked Mulezan’s body forcing him to flip on his back exposing Mulezan’s front side. Mulezan breathed heavily, his chest expanding and contracting.  Tubphat was intoxicated with his power over the jungle hero.  Calmly and confidently, Tubphat thought  “Mulezan  will no longer help the hated Watu Wakweli  against the Ivory King and the White foreigners. He would not dare to face me again. I beat  him and  Smashed his body.  Mulezan knows I am UNBEATABLE!”

With supreme cockiness, Tubphat flexed his huge muscles in front of Mulezan. Lifting his arms, flexing his balled  biceps.  Tubphat was bigger than Mulezan, stronger than him.    Tubphat’s  huge cock was at full mast.  Clearly, the giant brute was superior in every way to Mulezan.  Tubphat had beaten Mulezan and could have killed him if he had chose.  Tubphat's defeat of Mulezan was proof that Tubphat was the mightiest warrior of the Jungle.  Tubphat was now undisputedly the ultimate muscle god of the jungle. Perhaps he would just have to renegotiate his deal with the Ivory King and the Major!

Suddenly, from the ground, Mulezan used his massive right leg to throw a kick that hit Tubphat in the knee, making the ape stumble backward and heavily fall.  Not wasting a second, Mulezan sprang on top of the fallen ape.

Mulezan grabbed Tubphat  in a double pec claw and lifted him from the ground and began shaking him.  Tubphat cried out in pain as his meaty pectorals burned from the intense pressure of Mulezan's grip! He head-butted Tubphat then released the pec claw and showing his amazing power, grabbed Tubphat’s left arm and swung his body around releasing it so it flew 20 feet before dropping once again to the ground. Mulezan jumped on Tubphat's broad hairy back and wrapped his beefy forearm around the Beast’s thick neck and began to choke him.  Mulezan felt like a panther on his wide back.  Tubphat was caught off guard and Mulezan had the choke hold secured tight. Tubphat rocked back and forth, trying to pry Mulezan’s thick veiny forearm from this neck, but he could not.

Tubphat tried to pry Mulezan’s thick forearm from this neck, but he could not

Tubphat could feel Mulezan's big round bicep under his throat, like a ball of iron.  Tubphat heard the last words he would ever hear spoken by the Jungle Lord: -" YOU TRIED TO CRUSH ME...YOU TRIED TO KILL ME... YOU LEFT ME NO CHOICE... YOU ASKED FOR THIS!! NOW YOU DIE!!"

Tubphat  began to lose consciousness and slowly dropped to the ground.   Mulezan still did not release the hold. Finally, the bloody, hurting  and exhausted, but victorious Mulezan stood over the lifeless body of Tubphat, and roared out his famous victory yell.

BONDEKO AND THE PYTHON

While Mulezan is fighting Tubphat, Bondeko and the Watu Wakweli tribesmen are busy chasing down and slaying the scattered mercenaries and Tubphat's ape-men, revenge for the massacre is achieved, as the mercs and ape-men are hunted down to the last man and beast. So despite what paleontologists and anthropologists might tell you, this is how and when, Meganthropus africanus finally went extinct!

During the pursuit, Bondeko meets up with the gorilla Kercrap; and with Cuoba acting as translator between the ape and the shaman, the gorilla tells the shaman about the location of the now deserted  ape-man encampment.  This tribe of hominids have taken up residences in the ancient ruins of the temple of Adroa, now reclaimed by the jungle. It was once a place of great pilgrimage in the times when the once glorious city of Opar dominated the   Ukotho region and traded with Great Zimbabwe.  Now it is all, but forgotten.  Kerkrap tells them and that Jane is held there unguarded.  She is in a cage hanging from a chain from some crumbling ruins, so Kerkrap was too big too climb up and save her, but the Shaman should be able to do so.

The shaman and Cuoba proceed to the place Kerkrap has told them of, and spot the cage with the lovely Jane.  As the shaman prepares to climb the tree, so he can slide down the chain to the cage, a giant python, the infamous Humbo drops on him from above.  It seems that Kerkrap was erroneous in his assumption that the encampment was unguarded.

They wrestle and struggle for a time, but the python is just too powerful for the shaman.

The coils tighten!

Is this the end of Bondeko?
It seems like Bondeko is a goner, when out of the jungle Kerkrap who had been located by the frantic Cuoba, emerges and pounds the serpent with his gorilla fists until he lets go of his strangling grip of the tribesman.   Kerkrap makes short work of the python, pounding it with gorilla fists until it lay  lifeless, and then flinging the carcass high into the canopy.  Since it was a beast that killed Humbo and not a human, the Snake God's taboo's were not violated.  Then Kerkap returns his attention to the shrieking Jane, but Bondeko is in no condition to save the cacophonous woman.

Leaving Kerkrap to guard the shaman, Cuoba heads off to see what has become of Mulezan.

Having defeated and slain Tubphat, The King of the Jungle finally arrives and frees Jane from her cage, and seeing that she is both terrified and aroused by his formidable appearance, he draws on his half-remembered French from childhood, to communicate with her:

" I Mulezan, you Jane, do not eat, Jane, she friend '

seeing how he butchered the French, Jane, the polyglot, replied in the language of the Watu Wakweli :

Jane Galloway

"A great pleasure and an honor to meet you Mr. Mulezan, and thank you for rescuing me.

He entrusts Jane to the protection of Bondeko, and she finds sanctuary with the shaman as it is no longer safe for her to return to the mission, as long as Mandugu reigned.  What he was going to do about Mandugu and the Force Publique, who were sure to rally against him, was something he would have to give some serious thought to... For the savy Jane had explained to him, that after the decimation of the regiment and the destruction of valuable animal allies things would get worse.  The Ivory King, the regimental commander, and Léon Fiévez, the Belgian commissioner of the district would all be in such a vengeful fury that this would be a giant tempest, that Mulezan and the Watu Wakweli must prepare for!

  1. Have thought that magnificent Pete Kuzak would make a terrific challenger for the King of the Jungle. Your Mulezan images and king-sized action will flame the fantasy, and also take it in other directions. Thanks. And, of course, more jungle muscle please.

    1. Pete Kuzak is an interesting suggestion, we will pass your comments on to Steve and we will see if he can use Pete as the model for some future rendering of an opponent for Mule. I think there may be some generalized interest in a hairy, muscular and extremely handsome adversary to face down our Mule!

    2. Thanks for considering my comments. A web pal and Tarzan fan, years ago, wrote some brief, exciting scenarios in which Tarzan (Gordon Scott the model) went toe-to-toe (or pec-to-pec) with formidable, hirsute challengers, one-on-one and also double-teamed. Picture Kuzak and Tom Katt taking on the jungle lord. Looking forward to more king-sized action with Mulezan pounding his aching pecs and roaring his victory cry.

    3. I am familiar with Gordon Scott and Tom Katt. At least two more parts for the Mulezan Saga are envisioned. Mule is definitely intrigued by your suggestions. He wonders if you could email him links to those stories to see exactly what you had in mind. Links to staff emails can be found over on the right sidebar.

    4. Hmm. I may be suffering from jungle fever. LOL I will excavate those stories and send them. Thanks for the interest. Also, damn, Bahati ain't exactly chopped liver. N-i-c-e rendering. Might be insanely hot to hear Mulezan's victory cry in an audio insert? And, in future episodes, a view of Mulezan's cum-soaked loincloth? Do I ask for too much?

    5. The sound file of Mulezan's cry has been added to this story in an update. We will ask Steve about the loincloth but I suspect any effort to draw that will likely look more like Mulezan pissed his loincloth.
